This is the billet lower receiver from Spike's Tactical - the foundation of your AR build if you're putting together a rifle from scratch. It's machined from solid aluminum, which means it's durable and precise, and it comes finished in black with all the small parts you need installed, except you'll add your own fire control group (that's the trigger and hammer). It'll accept standard AR components and handle both 223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. If you're building your first AR or your fifth, this is a solid, no-nonsense choice.
