We Handle the Paperwork

Whether you are buying a firearm online or having a suppressor, short-barreled rifle, short-barreled shotgun, or AOW shipped to us, it works the same way: we receive it, run your Form 4473 and background check, and transfer it to you at our regular $15 FFL transfer rate. Since October 9, 2026, ATF no longer requires a Form 4, a Form 1, or federal registration for those items, so there is no ATF approval wait.

Still want a Form 4 or Form 1? We will run it. Registration is no longer required federally, but it is still available, and some customers want it, for example if your state ties legal possession to federal NFA registration, or you want the item on the federal registry. We can still process a Form 4 transfer or run the paperwork for a Form 1, $100 either way (the Form 4 fee is waived on items bought from us), plus $40 digital fingerprinting if you need it. Just tell us when you reach out. ATF says its policy can change, and that unregistered items generally cannot be registered after the fact, so a Form 4 is also the way to put an item in the registry now.

What to know: This is ATF enforcement policy, not a change in the law. State and local law still apply, and we cannot transfer an item where it is unlawful for you to have it. We can only transfer to residents of the state where we are licensed, with limited exceptions. Machine guns and destructive devices still require the full NFA process and the $200 tax. For SBRs and SBSs, ATF has not yet set up a dealer approval process and is not enforcing that requirement for now, and you still need a Form 20 from ATF to cross state lines with one.
