This is a complete upper receiver built on a 5.56 NATO chambering with a 14.5" barrel that fits standard AR-15 platforms. You get the L89 rail system (13.75") already installed, so you can add optics and accessories without extra work. It comes without a bolt carrier group or charging handle, so you'll need those separately if you don't have them on hand. Solid, straightforward piece if you're building or upgrading a rifle.
