This is the real deal if you're setting up a serious long-range operation or running an M2 machine gun on a fixed mount. It's a pintle mount with T&E (that's traverse and elevation adjustment, so you can dial in exactly where you're shooting) built by Ohio Ordnance Works, and it's made to handle the M2-SLR and M123 platforms. Heavy, built right, and it does one thing really well. Not something most folks need every day, but if you do need it, this is the kind of gear that won't let you down.
