The Micro Draco is a compact semi-automatic pistol chambered in 7.62x39 - the same round a lot of folks already have on hand if they shoot AK-style rifles. It's got a 6.25-inch barrel with a threaded muzzle if you want to add a suppressor down the road, and it comes with one 30-round magazine to get you started.
