This is a solid, no-nonsense 10.5" barrel built for AR-15s in 223 Remington or 5.56 NATO - the kind of length that works great for shorter builds or home defense setups. It's got a carbine-length gas system, which means it'll run reliably without beating you up too much, and the 1:7 twist handles a wide range of ammo weights. The barrel is made from 4150 CrMoV steel with QPQ corrosion resistance, so it'll hold up to regular use and cleaning.
